Like a rolling stone

Materials and fixture’s subtlety reference Kazimir Malevich’s quote “A painted surface is a real, living form.”

We were tasked with a new approach to the owner’s hobbies, boxing and cycling for its features of power and speed to create forms into the space with a minimal design.

It is a symbol of power and a contrast visual reference, taking inspiration from striking materials relief in its forms that respond to the physical of balancing speed and power throughout the whole space.

馬列維奇曾說：「每一個形狀都具有一個真實的時間樣態，而其染上的顏色乃是來自時間振盪的力量，時間的運動創造了形狀，與此同時也為其染上色彩，因此時間的速度可以藉由色彩來定義。」

概念想法來至於屋主的生活嗜好「拳擊」、「腳踏車」， 嘗試著把這兩種運動以動態物理學的速度與力量，以形式及材質上的轉化帶入空間。

空間中線光表現動態的速度感，以象徵力量結構的金屬與石材，反差的物理象徵創造形式並呈現出平衡的視覺效果。
