Transparent journey

It is the start of the design of a brand-new office, a technology company which conduct more efficiently design, build and operate building and infrastructure through BIM, or building information modelling.

We saw an opportunity to create something really different and highly flexible.

The reconfigured layout introduces a new approach to the firm as opposed to the stereotypical workplace. The design embodies a bright, imaginative and supportive environment that reflects the belief in the company's ability to show initiative.

Using a perspective technique, we arranged sections of the mirror on the walls reflect endless and substantive unless viewed from a particular point – the entry.

The visitors entering the office entry at the unique vantage point from which the is visible in its perfect form.

As their journey continues, the viewers can see that the illusory path was formed by lighting applied across the open-plan office."

We bring the space outlines to realistic with visualization to demarcate different areas, the design utilizes the element of space as a part of its structure by “continuity” under the ceiling to edges of the walls, the edge of the floor to desk stands to define the workspace, conference room and casual meeting area, the coloured tubes and electric circuit placed in illuminated hyaline-girder. 

The concept to metaphor the company creates the digital 3D model that include data associated with physical and functional characteristics, like make a virtual environment to realistic.

A deconstruction aesthetic has reflected the business philosophy as physical and metaphorical barriers are broken down to bring about a more playful and relaxed atmosphere set of workspaces to make employees, visitors and their clients profoundly experience.

公司的企業理念，不只是對於經營的初衷，展現服務項目中的熱誠，也是我們對於一間新創企業的總部設計的開始，LYZTW萊茲特資訊科技，是一間3D模擬技術的公司，服務項目為在建築工程全生命週期，透過BIM系統及視覺化模型將建築空間及機電整合優化，將貫穿整個建築的機電管線可視化，幫助工程及設計團隊在營造的過程之中更有效地進行專案。在企業的服務裡，我們看到了設計的起點，利用「線條貫穿整個空間」。

我們試著想像，想像一趟在有機空間的體內旅程，可以看見他的軀幹，可以看見他的生命溫度及脈絡。

旅程的一開始，我們在入口處安排了兩面對向的線性光源反射鏡，利用材質原有特性置入出一條”虛擬”的迎賓通道，穿越開放式的辦公空間，引導觀者進入旅程。

隨著旅程繼續，具有連續性且無間斷的金屬線條貫穿整個空間，建構出如在空間形成最基礎的元素”輪廓”，從入口處至天花下方，形成有照明及區隔功能及的”無形介質”，接著延伸至地板邊緣形成量體的結構，界定出開放空間內不同的場域，此線條不只劃分空間也融合了功能性吧檯及窗簾，並將開關電源線路藏於之中。

原有管線、電路及照明系統經過透明化手法處理，引導出空間本該俱有的生命特性律動，隱喻出該企業中利用軟體進行空間可視化整合優化的服務項目。

打破物理特性，利用空間基礎元素在內部解構，使環境反映出企業形象的縮影，不只期望能夠帶給來訪的客戶最直接的感受體驗，間接了解到最深層的經營理念，也希望帶給在此空間內長時間的工作者一個有趣及放鬆空間。
